We follow a milestone-based payment schedule: 10% on contract signing, then stage-wise payments linked to construction milestones (foundation, slab, brickwork, plastering, finishing). The final 5–10% is released on snag-free handover. We do not require large upfront lump sums.
Never. Our quotes are detailed and itemised. Any item not explicitly listed is not chargeable. Statutory charges (MCGM fees, approvals) are listed separately and transparently. You will always know exactly what you are paying for.
Timeline depends on scope: a 2BHK interior typically takes 45–60 days; a 3BHK/villa takes 60–90 days; full commercial fitouts can range from 60–120 days. We provide a detailed project schedule before work begins and update you weekly on progress.
Yes. ALIK provides full procurement services — from tiles and kitchen fittings to custom furniture, lighting fixtures, and soft furnishings. Our vendor relationships ensure better pricing and quality assurance on every item specified.
Absolutely. We work with client-supplied materials and furniture. We just ask for specifications and lead times early so they align with the project schedule. Our labour and project management fees remain the same.
Yes. Every ALIK interior project begins with detailed 3D visualisations of all rooms. You approve the design before a single tile is laid. Renders are included in the design fee — no surprises once work begins.
A typical G+1 bungalow (2,500–3,500 sq.ft) takes 12–16 months from foundation to handover. A G+3 building takes 18–24 months. Timeline depends on built-up area, design complexity, statutory approvals, and weather. We provide a Gantt chart milestone schedule upfront.
Yes. Our liaisoning team handles all statutory approvals — MCGM/municipal building plan approvals, commencement certificates, IOD, CC, and OC. This is included in our project scope for turnkey and construction projects.
We provide a 10-year structural warranty on all new construction covering foundation, columns, beams, and slabs. Waterproofing carries a 5-year warranty. Interior fitout components are covered by manufacturer warranties (typically 1–5 years).
